Pradipta Sahoo

In a career spanning more than 3 decades, Pradipta has driven HR interventions and created internal talent capability & best HR practices in Organisations in BFSI, ITES, Retail, Travel and Holidays industries in Private Sector, MNCs, Start-ups, PSUs.

As CHRO / HR Head at Bharti AXA General Insurance, KFin Technologies, Suryoday Small Finance Bank, and Pragati Finserv he has steered change management, got in place performance culture, employer branding & HR automation, and created resilient Talent capability.

He has brought deep insighton HR strategy at Bank of India as the Advisor to the Steering Committee of the Board andat Seeds Fincap as Director on the Board.

He has also headed HR function at National level at ICICI Lombard General Insurance and Reliance Retail. With a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and LLB, he initially headed HR & IR at Regional / Zonal level for Bank of Baroda & Vijaya Bank.
